AMENDMENT AT TKYD BOARD MEMBERSHIP
Due to his military duty, Mr. Alp Keler, General Manager of Fortis Asset Management, has resigned from his board member duties at TKYD.
Our 3rd assistant member,Ms. Dilek Gülensoy, General Manager of Ata Asset Management, has been approved to take up Mr. Keler’s duty.
Mr. Ahmet Derviş Erelçin,has also asked for his resignation as Vice Chairmen at TKYD due to his change of duty as the General Manager of HSBC Asset Management.However,Mr.Erelçin will remain as the member of board.
Mrs. Didem Gordon has been elected to take up Mr. Erelçin’s duty as the new Vice Chairmen of TKYD Board.
